Focus Areas

The Pierre Péladeau Center – Leadership and Management is a place of discovery and openness, featuring three varied but complementary areas of focus. Any project at the Centre is structured around one or more of these areas, with the aim of fostering diversity and innovation.

Area 1 – Disciplinary Elsewhere

The disciplinary elsewhere stands out for its expertise in history and art, while also showing an interest in other fields such as engineering, psychology, environmental sciences, anthropology, etc.

Area 2 – Methodological Elsewhere

The methodological elsewhere offers expertise in case methods, experiential approaches and games. It can also explore experiential approaches based on sensoriality, ethnography, dialogue, action research and collaborative pedagogy, among others.

Area 3 – Situated Elsewhere

The situated elsewhere focuses on expertise in the management of space, time and culture, and may include dimensions related to nature, for example.
